V4080 is a digital measuring, fully programmable device from the 4080 series, designed on the basis of microcontrollers. It measures voltage in the range of 0-270 VAC/380 VDC (up to 600 VAC/800 VDC available, option “H”).
V4080 can measure its own supply voltage (basic option, minimum voltage 30 VAC/42 VDC), or it can measure the voltage applied to external voltage input (options “L” or “H”). The unit can be equipped with potential-free relay contacts for remote signalling if the measured voltage goes out of a certain specified range (option “R”). The unit is designed to be mounted on boards in control rooms of electrical substations.
