MBET-2 is an internet/LAN data transceiver for use in remote reading systems, mostly M-Bus. It has one RS-232C interface for connection to the network master converter (like MBRS-xx) and for initial programming and an Ethernet interface.
That way, M-Bus devices can be easily read through LAN or the Internet with proper software. MBET-2 allows up to six different operators (IP addresses) to connect and read data. For a given data operator, only selected mediums are allowed for reading. Automatic readout can be set and performed along with other useful functions in remote reading systems.
MBET-2 is specially designed for remote M-Bus reading systems but can be used in other applications as well.
