The M-Bus Mikro-Master is a complete M-Bus level converter, specially designed for mobile use.
The device is supplied from the USB interface, which makes an external power supply unnecessary. This and its small housing recommend the Mikro-Master USB especially for service purposes such as meter parameterisation, commissioning of installations or troubleshooting.
For small networks of up to 10 meters, the Mikro-Master USB is also suitable for permanent use in the installation. In combination with a laptop it is the ideal tool for every service technician and should not be missing in any toolbox.
The Mikro-Master is a powergrid independent M-Bus master with USB interface, which is used for communication and also for power supply. The communication via a virtual comport allows you to use any conventional M-Bus software with serial communication (for example, MBSheet, MBConf, or the parametrisation tool of the meter manufacturer). As a result, M-Bus slaves can be parameterised, read-out or tested directly on site, in the installed state. The Mikro-Master is also able to operate a small M-Bus network with up to 10 slaves. Thus, it is suitable e.g. In the case of an error search for the section-wise testing of installations or even for permanent read-out.
