PCM-8D are microcontroller pulse counters with a Modbus interface. Their purpose is to be wired to pulse devices to read remotely their values or to make a Modbus network to read all meters in a building (usually water, heat and energy meters with pulse output).
That is why they have their own power supply. PCM-8D has a two-line x 16-digit LCD display, a 4-button keyboard, and an embedded real-time clock. Up to four tariffs can be measured for every pulse input. Mounted on a standard М36 DIN rail.
